ABOUT THE CHEF
Lynn Jean Elliott is a health-supportive chef serving the Greater Boston area. She obtained her chef diploma from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary arts in New York City. There she learned to create delicious meals based on WHOLE FOODS (whole grains, beans/legumes, fruits and vegetables, healthy oils and cooking techniques). Lynn was lead to the culinary world after learning to use whole foods to alleviate symptoms from her food sensitivities. The effect food can have on one’s health and healing was a powerful experience that she loves to share with others. She enjoys cooking both vegetarian and gluten free meals for clients that support their health and lifestyle goals.
In addition to cooking, Lynn is available to teach classes. Past topics include ‘Intro to Healthy Sweeteners’ and ‘10 Delicious Gluten Free Breakfast Ideas’. Lynn is Serv Safe Certified and Insured.
Prior to beginning her journey of health and healing, Lynn worked in Financial Services. She has a BA from Tufts University and enjoys traveling, having spent time living in Guadalajara, Mexico. She and her husband reside in Boston.
